Steps to use Self-HelpDesk

  • At the bottom right of your screen, right-click on the blue "A" and choose "ACS Help Desk"
  • Choose the article that applies to your current issue and follow the steps
  • If the issue is not resolved or is not listed:
    • Click on "New Support Ticket" button and you will be entered into the Support Que
    • Or, call our office and you will be entered into the Support Que
